Baby Corn Fed Poussin (40 mins - perfect); smoked bacon; petit pois (fresh); roasted new potatoes (eaten whilst Masterchef had a potato round; none as good as mine); tartare sauce (it worked); beer and lemonade.

A Friday Banquet

Chicken, onions, mushrooms, bean sprouts in a tomato sauce with baby new potatoes in butter and a beer and lemonade ice cold drink.

Roast turkey, potatoes, sprouts, bacon, bread sauce, wine.
