A Baby Poussin

Baby Corn Fed Poussin (40 mins - perfect); smoked bacon; petit pois (fresh); roasted new potatoes (eaten whilst Masterchef had a potato round; none as good as mine); tartare sauce (it worked); beer and lemonade.
