George Galloway beats News of the World in the "Fake Sheikh" scam

I predict; the next startling judicial development will be a very wealthy celebrity who can afford to do it taking a tabloid to court and asking NOT for damages (which the papers and TV stations can afford) but for the offending tabloid to be removed from sale for one day or whatever... and the judge GRANTING that request, knowing the damage it would inflict on the company.

Too many journos and editors and proprietors simply shrug off minimal financial fines - this will really kill them.

And Judges are just dying to decree something that will have an impact.

The tabloids will fight it, of course, and the first one will go through the system, but it will happen eventually and have a REAL impact on tabloid behaviour at last.
