To make a terrific sauce; buy a good ready made (this was peppercorn); add stock cube, curry powder, gara marsala, turmeric - then chicken in butter with loads of onions and garlic; baby new potatoes and bean sprouts in butter; Tsing Tao beer... gastro bliss!
