EMI will buy WMG unless Warner shares reach 350...

Latest prediction and rumour says the EMI purchase will go through as Warners need to be at least 350 (they are currently 280). RICH GREENFIELD on Wall Street has examined both companies in detail and decided that EMI's assets are far greater than Warners (Real Estate etc... Capital Tower... Brook Green - as well as Beatles etc).
