Am I wrong that, since Parliament has not obeyed ECHR law and granted some prisoners the right to vote in the June election, such an election cannot legally take place as long as the UK is a part of the EU?
I hate to sound technical here, and we all know that obeying the letter of the law has become as much of a joke in Great Britain as the presumption of innocence, but is it not illegal to hold an election without allowing prisoners the vote?
Of course, Brexit means Brexit and the Law is the Law and the May woman is quite entitled to break it in order to get stable and strong government on her way to Hell.
